American Superstar & Actress: Ali Landry

Ali Germaine Landry (born July 21, 1973) is a former Miss USA (1996), model and actress. She is perhaps best known as the Doritos Girl from her 1998 Super Bowl commercial, and for her portrayal of Rita Lefleur on the UPN sitcom Eve. In 1998, she was named by People magazine as one of 50 most beautiful people in the world.

Landry grew up in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. This southern region of Louisiana is referred to as “Acadiana”, or Cajun country. Landry is of French (Cajun) descent. She attended Cecilia High School, graduating in 1991. In high school, she was captain of the cheerleaders. She attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana and majored in mass communication. She is an alumna of Kappa Delta Sorority.  Landry later met actor and TV personality Mario Lopez when he emceed the Miss Teen USA 1998 pageant and she was a commentator. They were engaged during the summer of 2003 and married on April 24, 2004, in a Roman Catholic ceremony in front of 50 guests at the exclusive Las Alamandas resort outsidePuerto Vallarta, Mexico.Two weeks later she had the marriage annulled over infidelities committed by Lopez during the relationship. She married film director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde on April 8, 2006 in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Their daughter Estela Ines Monteverde was born on July 11, 2007. On April 22, 2011, People magazine was the first to announce that she was three months pregnant with a second child due in autumn 2011. Landry welcomed her second child, a boy named Marcelo Alejandro, on October 8, 2011 in Los Angeles.

American Actress & Model: Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Michelle Seyfried (born December 3, 1985) is an American actress, singer-songwriter and former child model. She began her career as a child model when she was 11, and at 15 began her career as an actress, starting off with uncredited roles and moving on to recurring roles on As the World Turns and All My Children. In 2004, Seyfried made her film debut in Mean Girls playing Karen Smith, the ditziest of the so-called “Plastics”. Her subsequent roles as a supporting character were in independent films, such as Nine Lives (2005) andAlpha Dog (2006). She also had a recurring role in the UPN TV show Veronica Mars (2004–2006). Between 2006 and 2010, she landed a lead role on HBO’s popular television series Big Love. After that, Seyfried appeared in her breakthrough and first leading role as Sophie Sheridan in the 2008 musical feature film Mamma Mia!. Other appearances include leading roles in Jennifer’s Body (2009), Chloe (2009), Dear John (2010),Letters to Juliet (2010), Red Riding Hood (2011), and In Time (2011).

Seyfried was born in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania on December 3, 1985. Her mother, Ann (née Sander), is an occupational therapist, and her father, Jack, is a pharmacist. She has German ancestry. Seyfried graduated in 2003 from Allentown’s William Allen High School Seyfried has an older sister, Jennifer Seyfried, who is a musician in the Philadelphia, organ-driven rock band, Love City. Seyfried has stated that she suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. She has said she has dated actors Alexander Skarsgård and Dominic Cooper.

Glamorous Latin Actress Salma Hayek

Salma Valgarma Hayek Jiménez de Pinault was born September 2, 1966) is a Mexican film actress, director and producer. She received an Oscar nomination for Best Actress for her role as Frida Kahlo in the film Frida.

Hayek was born in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico, the daughter of Diana Jiménez Medina, an opera singer and talent scout, and Sami Hayek Dominguez, an oil company executive who once ran for mayor of Coatzacoalcos. Hayek’s father is of Lebanese descent, while her mother is of Spanish descent. Her first given name, Salma, is Arabic for “safe”. Raised in a wealthy, devoutly Roman Catholicfamily, she was sent to the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, Louisiana, at the age of twelve. While there, she was diagnosed with dyslexia. She attended college in Mexico City, where she studied International Relations at the Universidad Iberoamericana. Hayek is a naturalized United States citizen. She studied at Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment, and is a practitioner of yoga.Her brother, Sami Hayek, is a designer with his own line of products at Target and clients that include Louis Vuitton, Brad Pitt, and the Mexican Government. On March 9, 2007, Hayek confirmed her engagement to a French billionaire and PPR CEO François-Henri Pinault as well as her pregnancy. On September 21, 2007, she gave birth to daughter Valentina Paloma Pinault at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. On July 18, 2008, Hayek and Pinault announced the end of their engagement. They later reconciled and were married on Valentine’s Day, 2009 in Paris. On April 25, 2009, they were married a second time in Venice. In July 2011, Hayek’s husband was named in a paternity case. According to reports, Pinault is the father of supermodel Linda Evangelista’s four-year-old son, Augustin James. He denied all allegations.
